An absolutely stunning pair of earrings from the Victorian period. The earrings are made from solid 18ct gold and have been exquisitely made with carved cherub faces set in a decorative claw setting at the top. Hanging from these are beautiful carved acorns with pretty leaf details. These earrings are so unusual and wonderfully crafted. A true collectors item.

Condition - Very good. Wear commensurate with age. One of the hooks exhibits a little lead at the base, noted for accuracy only. The back of the cherub fittings are a little lumpy with a small pierced hole in one. All details do not detract from the beauty and these are truly phenomenal.
