Victorian Enamel Whistle Charm
A beautiful charm from the end of the Victorian period. It is made from solid silver and has wonderful green polka dot enamel all around. The whistle has a fairly flat form and works when blown. The enamel is in overall good condition and I have not seen a whistle with this design before; quite often the polka dot enamel is found on propelling pencils.
