An absolutely stunning pair of earrings from the late Victorian period. The earrings are French in origin with the eagle head hallmark for 18ct gold on the hooks. They are beautifully made and have a real look of quality. They have beautiful faceted rock crystal gemstones; a round and a teardrop shape on each, which reflect the light wonderfully. The gold hook wires curve around the back of the top rock crystal and lead to the pretty, decorated settings.
These earrings are a wonderful size and sit in the ear perfectly. They make a stunning statement, while not being too overbearing. Truly marvellous!
