An amazing ring from the Victorian period made from solid sterling silver. The ring is simple in its construction and has a flat profile. It has a horseshoe emblem at the centre with the words ‘Good Luck’ either side. The lettering is bold and slightly raised from the surface. There is the remnant of a hallmark on the inside of the shank though this has been partially lost from a previous re-sizing.

Materials - Silver (marked and tested)

Age - Victorian

Size - The ring is approx 6.2mm wide at the top narrowing to around 3mm at the back of the shank.

Ring Size - UK K ¼ US 5 ½ It would be best not to resize this ring as it has been done before.

Condition - Good. Wear commensurate with age. Evidence of a previous re-sizing as noted above.

Weight - 1.3g
