Victorian Large Heart Locket
A beautiful heart locket from the end of the Victorian period, c1890s. The locket is made from 9ct gold to the back and the front with brass inner linings; a common construction for lockets during this period. It is in the shape of a heart and is a lovely large size with stunning decorative engraving all over the front and back. The engraving includes scroll designs and ivy leaves; a common Victorian choice, and has a plain cartouche to the front in case you would like to engrave some initials. Inside there are two frames that can be removed to place your own photos inside.
