Victorian Opal & Diamond Flush Mount Ring
A pretty and unusual example of this style of ring, dated Birmingham 1889. The ring is made from 9ct gold and the shank has a hollow construction. The gold has a definite rose appearance as is common with 9ct gold from this period. At the top are three natural rainbow opals with little rose diamonds in between. The stones have all been flush set making this ring very wearable.

Size - The central opal measures approx 3mm in diameter with the outer opals measuring approx 2.5mm each.
Ring Size - UK P US 7 3/4. This ring could be resized a little.
Condition - Very good. Evidence of a previous resizing to the back of the shank. Also, a little ding to the hollow shank at this point. Noted for accuracy only.
