A quirky and cool pendant from the Victorian period. The pendant is an amazing freeform pearl, which has been taken in its natural state and added to to make it look like a little chick. This is one of two that I found together and has little 9ct gold legs poking out of the bottom. The legs have excellent markings to give them the look of a chicks legs. The pearl has natural ‘wings’ that have been taken advantage of and the bird is complete with a little cabochon pink glass eye.
