A pretty and elegant heart charm from Portugal. The heart is made from solid 19ct gold, a common carat of gold in Portugal and is a fine piece. It is a delicate heart shape with decorative enamel, white dots to the edges and dark blue foliate designs within. At the centre is a red garnet paste gem surrounded by very pale coral balls. The charm has so much detail for such a fine piece and looks very elegant on a chain.
