Victorian Raj Era Elephant Hair Bracelet

£125.00

A lovely and unusual bracelet from the Victorian period, specifically attributed to a period known as the British Raj, when Britain directly ruled the Indian subcontinent from 1858 until 1947. This bracelet has hair plaited alongside textured silver wire, both of which work together to give some structure and elasticity to the bracelet. It is complete with a filigree silver clasp and a safety chain for extra security.
