A beautiful statement pair of earrings from the Victorian period. The earrings are made from 15ct gold and are wonderfully lightweight making them very easy to wear. They are in fairly incredible condition considering their age and have pretty, intricate leaf designs to the front with a floral representation with rock crystal gemstones. The rock crystal have been beautifully cut to allow some play of light through the stones. One of the larger teardrop stones is paste rather than rock crystal, though it is likely that this is original as the match in cut and colour is too close to say it is a replacement. Hanging from the centrepiece is a little torpedo drop and the earrings have their original tops.

Size - The earrings measure approx 57mm from the top of the hook to the bottom of the torpedo drop. They are around 15mm wide at their widest point.
Condition - Very good. A ding on the main oval and to the torpedo on the same earring. Please see picture. One teardrop stone has a chip to the top point, though this is only visible through magnification. Overall, the earrings are in lovely condition.
