Victorian Rose Diamond Flower Pendant

£0.00
sold out

A gorgeous statement flower pendant from the late Victorian period. The pendant has been made in the shape of a flower and likely started life as something else, possibly a brooch or stick pin, though it came to me as it is. It has stunning rose diamond slices set into the petals and a larger rose diamond slice at the centre. The rose cut facets create a lively sparkle to the piece and it is a good size to make a statement. The diamonds are set in silver, whilst the bail is 9ct gold.

The chain pictured is for display only.

Details:

Materials - Silver, 9ct Gold (both tested), Diamonds

Age - Late Victorian, converted later

Size - The flower measures approx 15mm in diameter. The bail increases the length to around 22mm. The central diamond measures approx 6mm in diameter

Condition - Very good. The diamonds are all fairly nibbled around the edges, though they were likely set this way and it adds to the character.

Weight - 2.6g
