A stunning pair of earrings from the late Victorian period, likely Scottish in origin. The earrings have beautiful carved yellow glass, reminiscent of sunshine yellow citrines, set into 9ct gold mounts. The glass has been cut into elongated thistle shapes and exhibit plenty of attention to detail. The earrings are complete with the original 9ct gold domed tops, which are marked to the back.
