Victorian Silver Ball Charm Bracelet

A wonderful bracelet from the Victorian period, c1860s, French in origin. The bracelet is silver and has wonderful chunky curb links that have a hollow construction, making it much more wearable. The chunky links alternate between textured and plain and the bracelet has real presence on the wrist. It is complete with the original ball clasp and has a bolt ring closure.

Details:

Materials - Silver (tested, 800-900)

Age - Victorian

Size - The bracelet measures approx 11.5mm wide all the way along. The ball is around 15.5mm in diameter. The bracelet is around 7 3/4” wearable length, excluding the ball.

Condition - Very good. Some wear commensurate with age. A little patina to the silver, left as is. The bolt ring is a little stiff and must be closed into place. Once in place, it is secure.
