Victorian Turquoise Enamel Large Locket
A wonderful locket from the Victorian period, c1860s. The locket is made from silver gilt and has the most stunning turquoise enamel all over the front and back. The enamel is in excellent condition and is a real pop of colour. A floral design has been picked out in gold to the front and is accentuated with split seed pearls. Inside the original glass and frames are still in tact and there are little pin dips in the bottom edge to help remove the frames. This locket is such exquisite quality and really is one of the nicest of its kind that I have seen.
