Vintage 14kt Smokey Quartz Ring
A lovely mid Century cocktail ring. The ring is made from 14kt gold and has a pretty cabochon cut smokey quartz gemstone at the centre. The quartz is claw set and faceted to the underside to show a star design when viewed through the smooth top of the stone. The ring has a pretty pierced gallery leading to a split shank. The split shoulders have a slight texture in the gold and the bottom of the shank has a ridged concave design. A lot of thought has gone into the detail of this ring giving it something special and setting it apart from other mid Century rings such as this.
