Vintage 18kt White Gold Qu'Hier Token
A beautiful and rare white gold version of this popular love token. This medallion is from the mid to late 20th Century and is made from solid 18kt white gold. It is a simple circular design with ‘+Qu’Hier -Que Demain’ on the front meaning ‘More than yesterday and less than tomorrow’. The saying was made popular in this style of jewel by Alphonse Augis who took inspiration from a line in a 1907 poem by Rosamunde Gerard. This is a lovely and unusual example with a little diamond and two little synthetic rubies set into the + and - respectively.
