Vintage 9kt Gold Opal Heart
The sweetest little heart pendant from the mid to late 20th Century. The pendant is made from solid 9kt gold and has a wonderful heart shaped opal set in the closed back claw setting. The opal is fairly well protected and has some lovely subtle fire with greens, blues and oranges flashing in different lights. A lovely teeny tiny piece!
The pendant will come on a 14kt gold fill chain similar to the one pictured.
