Vintage Beatles Beetle Opening Charm
Such a cool charm from the mid 20th Century, dated London 1963; right in the middle of ‘Beatlemania’, and a lovely collector’s piece. The charm is made from solid 9ct gold and is fully hallmarked on the back. It has been made in the shape of a beetle, which has plenty of charm as it is, though it also opens on a hinge to reveal The Beatles inside. The four musicians also come out of their ‘shell’ on a hinge and the opposite side is engraved with the words ‘Yeah, yeah yeah’ (from She Loves You) and some musical notes. Such a great one and a good size for a necklace too.
