A pretty ring from the early to mid 20th Century, based on a Georgian style. The ring exhibits lovely cannetille work with scroll ‘springs’ centred with little gold balls. The cannetille work sits on a ribbed gold band with a rope design alternating with a plain line. Hanging at the centre top are two little chains; one with a key cut out and the other with a heart to represent a ‘key to my heart’ gesture.

Materials - Around 12ct band, 15ct cannetille (both tested)
Age - Early to mid 20th Century
Size - The cannetille measures approx 6.5mm wide, whilst the band is around 4mm wide at the back.
Ring Size - UK T ½ US 10 This ring could be resized, though you would likely see a small join at the back of the shank.
Weight - TBC. Approx 2g, awaiting accurate new jewellery scales
