Vintage Green Tourmaline Ring
A striking ring from the mid 20th Century, c1970s. The ring is made from solid 14kt gold, marked 585 on the inside of the shank. It has a raised angular design and setting, classic to the style of the period. At the centre of a double four claw setting sits a square green tourmaline. The tourmaline is a wonderful, vibrant green and the shape is complimented perfectly by the claw setting. Such a stylish look.

Materials - 14kt Gold (marked), Green Tourmaline.
Age - C1970s
Size - The green tourmaline measures approx 6mm square. The setting measures around 10mm square.
Ring Size - UK O US 7 ¼ This ring could be resized a little.
Condition - Very good. The tourmaline sits a little askew in the setting and has some rubbing to the facets, visible through magnification only. Evidence of a join at the back of the shank, possibly a previous resize. All is secure and stable in place.
