Vintage Large Unicorn Seal
A stunning seal from the mid to late 20th Century, dated London 1968. The fob is a lovely large size and made from solid 9ct gold with full English hallmarks hidden in the pattern on the base. Standing atop a wonderful decorative design is a rearing unicorn. The unicorn is very beautifully made and it has a real elegance. One hoof rests on a shield with a tudor style rose, a symbol of unity, and a sword, a sign of courage and bravery, engraved into the gold. At the base is a lovely piece of plain dark carnelian. The fob sits beautifully on a slightly longer chain and due to its impressive size, makes a wonderful statement.
