Vintage Moonstone Solitaire Ring
A lovely ring from the late 20th Century, dated Edinburgh 1976. The ring is made from solid 9ct gold and has a pretty moonstone set in a classic bezel setting. The setting is complete with a little rope twist design around the outside. The moonstone is a cabochon cut and has a beautiful high dome, which gives it a lovely point of difference. It appears as fairly translucent and has a very subtle hint of blue sheen. This can only be seen in certain lights and the overriding look is a clear stone with beautiful movement of light.
