A stunning and unusual bangle with Portugese marks from Porto for .833 silver, stamped sometime between 1938 and 1984. The bangle has a wonderful design with ‘bubble’ panels that follow all the way around the wrist. Each panel has a design inspired by nature; examples of which include corn, grapes, pears and various flowers. Every panel has a different repousse picture. This style of repousse bangle is fairly synonymous with Portugal, though I have not seen this design before.
The bracelet is a wonderful example and has a hidden clasp, opening on a hinge to fit over the hand with ease. It also has a safety chain for extra security. The clasp is in excellent working order and the bangle sits comfortably on the wrist.

Size - The bangle measures approx 26mm in diameter. It has an internal diameter of approx 2.3”/5.8cm. Pictured on a 6” wrist; a lovely moveable fit up to about 6.5”.
Condition - Very good. Some patina to the silver, which highlights the amazing designs.
