Vintage Rose Diamond Cigar Band Ring
A stunning ring from the middle of the 20th Century, c1950s. The ring is fairly Victorian in style, though the hallmarks indicate that it is made later. It is made from solid 14kt gold, marked with 585 (though the first 5 is missing) on the inside of the shank. It has a lovely width and has hand cut rose diamonds set into the band. The central, larger diamond has a beautiful sparkle and is slightly egg shaped in the setting. To either side sits a quatrefoil of smaller mixed cut rose diamonds. The surface facets really make the light sparkle through the gemstones and the ring has a lovely low profile.
