A lovely bangle from the middle of the 20th Century, c1950s. The bracelet is made from solid sterling silver and has a substantial layer of rolled gold on the outer of the bangle giving it the appearance of a pale gold bracelet on the wrist. The bracelet is fully hallmarked as 1/5 9ct gold R.G. and STG.SIL. To the top, five deep blue sapphires have been set and a decorative pattern has been deeply engraved into the gold surrounding the gemstones. Such a lovely looking bangle for a fraction of the price of a solid gold one.

Size - The bangle measures approx 7.1mm wide. It has an internal diameter of 2.3” across the widest point and would fit a small to medium wrist well. It is pictured on a 6” wrist.
