Vintage Sapphire & Diamond Heart Necklace
A pretty necklace from the early 21st Century. The necklace is 18ct white gold and has a a beautiful pendant holding a heart shaped blue sapphire topped by a diamond. The sapphire is a rich royal blue and the diamond is the perfect compliment. The pendant hangs on a fine cable chain that cannot be removed; the necklace come as it is.
