A lovely and elegant ring from the early to mid 20th Century, c1930s/40s. The ring is made from 18ct gold, marked on the inside of the shank, and is also engraved with a date 7.8.40. It has a lovely blue sapphire at the centre and this is surrounded by a rectangle of transitional cut diamonds. It is in excellent condition and the sapphire is natural.
