Vintage Working Watch Pendant
A lovely pendant from the middle of the 20th Century, c1950s. The pendant is made from solid 9ct gold, marked on the back of the bail, and is a watch that seems to be in full working order, though there is no guarantee for this. It has not been serviced, though it appears to hold time well and works on a wind up mechanism. The make is Verity and it is marked as a Swiss 17 jewels movement. As a pendant, the watch hangs upside down, which allows you to be able to tell the time right side up when required. The watch has a lovely sun-ray edge in the gold and is engraved with the letters DES to the back in a fancy script.
The chain pictured is for display only.
